These terms apply to your use of the website illyrian-ks.com (the "website"), which is operated by ILLYRIAN SH.P.K. ("Illyrian", "we", "us"), a company in Prishtina, Kosovo. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Purpose of the website

The website presents Illyrian and the digital platforms that Illyrian creates and operates, and it gives you a way to contact us through a contact form. It provides general information only. It is not an online shop, and it does not give access to the platforms themselves: each platform has its own sign-in.

Nothing on the website is an offer or a promise to enter into a contract. Descriptions of platforms and their capabilities are general, may be simplified and may change over time.

The website's text, design, layout and graphics, the Illyrian name and the software that runs the website belong to ILLYRIAN SH.P.K. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may view the website and share links to its pages. Unless we give you written permission, you may not:

  • copy, republish, sell or commercially exploit its content;
  • use our name or logo in a way that suggests a connection or endorsement that does not exist;
  • copy the website's source code or design as your own; or
  • try to reverse engineer the software.

The website links to eshkollori.com, the public website of the eShkollori platform, and may link to other websites. Each of them has its own content, terms and privacy information, and these terms do not apply there. For websites that we do not operate, we are not responsible for their content or availability.

5. Acceptable use of the contact form

The contact form is for genuine enquiries to Illyrian. When you use it, you agree that you will:

  • give truthful information and use your own name and email address, or those of a person who has authorised you to write on their behalf;
  • not send anything unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory or harassing, or anything that infringes someone else's rights;
  • not send advertising, bulk or repeated messages, or messages created by automated tools;
  • not send viruses or other harmful code, and not try to bypass the form's abuse-prevention measures;
  • not send sensitive personal data, or personal data about other people, unless your enquiry needs it.

We may refuse, ignore or delete messages that break these rules, and we may block submissions that appear to be automated or abusive.

Sending a message does not create a contract or a business relationship between you and Illyrian. We aim to answer genuine enquiries, but we do not promise a reply or a response time. The website does not send automatic confirmation emails.

We handle the personal data you send through the form as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with it. In particular, you must not try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or its staff sign-in area, test or scan its security without our written permission, overload it, or collect its content by automated means at scale.

We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent that applicable law allows, we give no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete, current or suitable for your particular purpose. The content is general information, not professional, legal, financial or technical advice. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time.

To the extent that Kosovo law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the website, from your inability to use it, or from your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or any right that you have under mandatory law.

10. Changes to the website and to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when the website or the law changes. The "Effective date" and "Last updated" at the top of this page show which version applies. If you keep using the website after an update takes effect, you accept the updated terms. If we make a significant change, we will announce it on the website.

11. Governing law and courts

These terms and your use of the website are governed by the law of the Republic of Kosovo. The competent courts of Prishtina have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the website, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

12. General

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a right straight away, that does not mean we have waived it. These terms are published in Albanian and in English. If the two versions differ, the Albanian version prevails.
